Microdermabrasion Pre and Post Treatment Care
- We recommend that you do not have a facial peel treatment within a minimum of two weeks before one of our Microdermabrasion treatments.
- It is important to wear sun protection of SPF 15 or above following the treatment to protect your skin from the harmful rays of the sun
CACI Chroma Clear : This treatment includes vacuum massage, microdermo percussion (the new and better alternative to microdermabrasion) using perfectly round glass micro spheres which exfoliate the skin. A Hydrating & smoothing gel mask is then used which replenishes dull, dehydrated skins. A combination of blue & red light therapy is then used as an anti-ageing treatment. Fine lines are reduced, the skin is purified and soothed, it promotes a clearer healthier complexion. Vacuum Massage : A technique that brings blood to the surface and with the blood, new nourishment and energy to the epidermal tissue cells
Microdermo Percussion (microdermabrasion) : An exfoliation method using perfectly round quartz silica microspheres, which instead of scraping the skin like the traditional aluminium oxide crystals, gently exfoliate. By producing a rapid tapping action as they are propelled onto the skin it produces very little redness or irritation.
Micro-Vibration : Micro impulses that stimulate the basal layer and accelerate cellular renewal. When combined with chromatherapy, this method soothes and calms the skin.
Chromatherapy (blue light) : Used to neutralise skin bacteria, eliminate toxins, cool down inflammations and speed up the healing process.
